BREAKING: Police in New Mexico are searching for a gunman, who opened fire on Emcore Corp.'s manufacturing plant in Albuquerque. Police have released few details about the incident, which has reportedly left multiple people shot on the solar and fiber optics manufacturer's campus.
According to media reports, some businesses in the area have been put on locked and police were warning residents who live in the area to stay inside their homes. Police have closed roads around Emcore.
UPDATE: Six people are dead, including the gunman, who was a former employee of Emcore Corp. According to media reports, he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound and was married to one of the victims. Four others were hospitalized.
