Comedian Kathy Griffin under fire for calling Sen. Scott Brown's (R-MA) daughters "prostitutes."
Comedian Kathy Griffin has sparked outrage for calling Senator Scott Brown's (R-MA)daughters "prostitutes" on a Bravo comedy special Tuesday night. Sorry, but children need to be off-limits in the routines of these comedians. What do you expect from Kathy Griffin? She's tacky and her brand of comedy is not funny.
During the show, Griffin was being quizzed by two CNN reporters. When shown a photo of Brown, Griffin answers, "Scott Brown, who is a senator from Massachusetts. And has two daughters that are prostitutes." Sen. Brown responded with this statement:
" People can call me any name they want, but families are off limits. I love my daughters Ayla and Arianna very much, and any parent would be proud to have them as children. Kathy Griffin and BRAVO ought to be ashamed of themselves." - U.S. Senator Scott Brown. Source: My Fox Atlanta
Yes, I agree, children should be off limits to comedians. Kathy Griffin owes the family of Scott Brown an apology. Sorry, but call me anything you wish, but don't mess with my kids. That's just the way things are.
