URGENT: Two strong earthquakes rocked central Chile, Thursday, and the Chilean Navy issued a tsunami warning.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the first quake had a preliminary magnitude of 5.1, while the second registered 7.2. The earthquakes shook as dignitaries arrived for the inauguration of President-elect Sebastian Pinera at the congressional building in coastal Valparaiso.
