Rush Limbaugh Says "we're not a representative republic," "you can't even say ... we are much of a democracy"

Why is Rush Limbaugh still spouting off about health care reform? Didn't he said loud and clear that he would move to Costa Rica if the bill passed? Well, dude, it's time to pack and head for an island that has socialized health care.
