It is a disgrace that James Brown has not been given a permanent burial three years after his death. There is also some family squabbles with one of his daughters, LaRhonda Pettit, 48, alleging that her father's body has gone missing from its temporary resting place. According to the U.K. Mail, she alleges the body of Brown is being hidden to prevent a full autopsy being carried out. She claims that the official cause of death, which was said to be a heart attack brought by pneumonia, is not the real reason behind his passing.

Lady, your father was sick. Is that so hard to understand? I seriously doubt anyone killed James Brown. That conspiracy theory certainly has no legs to stand on. Do you honestly think if Rev. Al Sharpton, a close friend of James Brown, would not pursue that if there was some suspicion surrouding his death? I find it absolutely ridiculous that three years later we are still hearing that the singer has not been laid to rest yet and that there are still family squabbles.

She said: 'My daddy's body has disappeared. I have no clue where it was taken, but I need to know where. 'I'm convinced his death was suspicious and I want the people responsible brought to justice.
