Thirty Four Democrats Voted Against Health Care Reform

Thirty four Democrats voted against health care reform Sunday night. Had the bill failed, they would have been mainly responsible.

There were 34 Democrats who did not vote in favor of health care reform Sunday night. Most of the 34 representatives hail from the most contested districts in the south and Midwest. They are conservative members from conservative districts, and in many cases, some are facing difficult re-election challenges.
