Did former President George W. Bush wipe his hand on Bill Clinton's shirt after shaking the hand of a Haitian man during his visit to the earthquake ravaged island?

If Mr. Bush has an aversion to poor people, then why did he go to Haiti? It seems very hypocritical and just for show. Actually, that was basically his reaction to the victims in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
