"They're very nervous about Beyoncé's new record," an industry insider told us. "It doesn't have the hit songs that her fans are used to. They asked her to make changes, but she said no."Sorry, but Beyoncé is no Diana Ross, Patti LaBelle, Tina Turner, Chaka Khan, Gladys Knight, Nancy Wilson, Madonna, Barbra Streisand, Mary J. Blige, Jill Scott, Jennifer Hudson, etc. She is fast approaching the end of her few years in the spotlight. She all about skimpy outfits and gyrating. Not singing. That won't last.
Bracing for the worst, Columbia suits are strategizing in case of slower sales and have had "quiet discussions" about the reunion of Destiny's Child.
"Beyoncé's career has stalled a bit," a source told us. "Columbia seems to think they can get some mileage out of a comeback record with all of the girls." Another source tells us Destiny's Child could start recording together as early as October, with a suggested album title "Family Reunion." Source: NY Post

Beyoncé's Upcoming Album "4" Promises to be a Bomb & Columbia Records Execs Reportedly Very Nervous
Beyoncé's new album, "4" promises to be a real dud and the executives at her label, Columbia Records, fear the worst since she refused to return to the studio to re-record new tracks, the New York Post said. Er, I can sum up Beyoncé's problems in one name -- Jay-Z. He wants to change her from a R&B diva to a hip-hop mess. She needs to reinstate her father, Matthew Knowles as her manager.
