PA Man Christopher Moyer Clubs Wife & Son to Death with Baseball Bat, Then Commits Suicide by Lying on Train Tracks

PA computer specialist Christopher Moyer clubs wife, Irina & son Dylan to death with baseball bat, then commits suicide by lying in front of oncoming train.

Christopher Moyer, who resided in Warrington, a suburb of Philadelphia, clubbed his wife, Irina Moyer, and his seven year old son, Dylan, to death with a baseball bat before committing suicide by lying on train tracks in Hatboro, which is located in neighboring Montgomery County. He was later struck and killed by an oncoming train, police said. He reportedly called 911 Friday night to say he had killed his family. He answered all the questions the operator asked and then hung up. He told the operator was positive his wife and son were deceased.

District Attorney David Heckler said the family might having been experiencing financial problems, according to the Bucks County Courier Times. The newspaper said the state had filed a lien against the couple's house last fall. Er, that doesn't mean you take a baseball bat and kill your family and then commit suicide. You work it out the best way you can. Financial difficulties are often temporary and will pass with hard work and dedication. Christopher Moyer was reportedly a computer specialist who worked from home. It is believed his wife, the former Irina Geller, also worked in a similar capacity. There are some really unstable people in our midst, masquerading as though they have it all together.
