Creflo Dollar wants to know how did somebody's enemy become your enemy. He called this message "Why Haters Hate."

Creflo Dollar started his sermon by asking how does somebody's enemy become yours and he entitled his message "Why Haters Hate." Yeah, why people hate his homeboy Bishop Eddie L. Long so much. Ephesians 6: 10-11. If the Devil can keep you from know certain things, then he can keep you from knowing God's strategies to fight this. He said a democratic mindset will not work in the Kingdom of God. It will work dealing with nations. If you expect to reap from the Kingdom, then you have to change your mindset to "kingdom" mindset, not a "democratic" mindset. Er, a bunch of bullsh*t. He said you think homosexuality is something accepted, you making laws because the world is accepting that. He said that's dangerous because it doesn't line up with the Kingdom. When you are thinking in line with the world, it is called holiness.

Genesis 26 - The blessing is an empowerment that comes from God and will cause you to be powerful in every aspect of your life. It is an anointing that will remove every yoke from your life. Success in every arena. If you maintain a kingdom mindset the blessing will remove every burden and touch everyone you are associated with. There will be no burdens or yokes in yours and their lives. Even the "dog got blessed." He said the blessing will change your "affect" and "status" in the world. Not everybody will be happy with your change of status. It was the blessing that did it.

There will be consequences to the blessing. You have to choose whether or not you want to deal with the consequences. Shaking my head. Has your lifestyle and sin run off God? When he talked about Joseph, he was a prosperous man. "Obedience gives birth to the blessing," Dollar said. Isaac sowed in time of plenty and in time of drought. He said the blessing will ensure your success even when others aren't getting anything or anywhere, the blessing will continue to move "us in a positive direction." Yeah, that's despite the recession, inflation, high unemployment and foreclosure rates. "If you are going to be blessed, somebody is going to envy you," he said.

Envy is a sickening feeling of discontent or covetousness with regard to another's success. To envy means to be jealous of another. Envy is hate and anger at the success of another, Dollar said. There is a distinction between envy and jealousy. Jealousy just simply sees something and will be satisfied if it can get that thing. Envy desires to deprive you of what you have a right to have. To take away something from someone. I want to stop you from possessing and enjoying what you have. The Philistines hated and were angry at what Isaac possessed.  A lot of born-again people struggle with envy.

Matthew 27:11 - Jesus standing before Pontius Pilate and being asked if he was the king of the Jews. His accusers were preachers in the church, "not thugs and drug addicts," per Dollar. He said what he is preaching about is about the demonic forces out there. Galatians 5:19 - Works of the flesh are manifest - a mindset that doesn't line up with the word of God - fornication happens because your thinking doesn't line up with the Word. 1 Peter 2:1 - Says the Devil will prefer him to preach this message without turning to the Scriptures. He says God don't like ugly but when you turn to the Scriptures and break it down, then live it. He said the Devil will not stop this church from what it is meant to be. He said he and Taffy would not allow. He said that's why "you can't quit." You have to believe God said it, he will do it. Acts 13:44 (Demons hate hearing the pages of the Bible)

He mentioned Joel Osteen and when he took over, calling his messages "cotton candy sermons." Saying people became envious when people started coming to his church. He said the Devil moved his critics to do it. He said he met people who hate him and say they don't even know why they hate him. Really? Sounds like they saw right through you. He said people are hating on him after they saw his church on television. Dollar said people who hate you saw something they didn't have. They saw something they wanted -- your wisdom, loving relationship you have with you spouse, etc. He is going to be blessed so he will have haters and can handle them.

Creflo is asking if you are going to disobey God in order to keep your position with man? Could he be talking about his buddy Eddie L. Long and people coming down on him? Preachers should not compare their church to another. He said when you compare you belittle the miracle that it took to get you where you are. He said don't compare husbands, etc. Expect nothing, appreciate everything. In other words, expect nothing from anybody and keep yourself from getting hurt. So, you shouldn't expect anything from Bishop Eddie Long, therefore, we won't have to hold him accountable when he falls. He closed with a second offering and told the people to GIVE BIG. He said if you don't have any money to write something on a piece of paper and give an IOU. He said you shouldn't join a church unless you are called to that church. He said he doesn't want all of Atlanta to join his church, just the ones who are called here. Car Wreck Part II coming next Sunday with upcoming sermon "Are You in the Right Church."
