Bodies of High School Seniors Jamie Serich & Colin Hart, Found Shot to Death in Ohio Cemetery, Possible Murder-Suicide

 
Police in Boardman, OH, are investigating the shooting deaths of two high school seniors, Jamie Serich, 17 and Colin Hart, 18, who were found in Forest Lawn Cemetery just after 7 a.m. Sunday during a routine police patrol.

Boardman police tell Fox 8 News, the teenagers were found lying near a car inside the cemetery on Market Street. Police are now trying to determine if the incident was a murder-suicide or double suicide. A gun was found nearby. Investigators say, Serich's parents reported him missing Saturday.

Police Lt. Don Hawkins of suburban Boardman said each had been shot once in the temple. He said Hart apparently had shot himself but it wasn't clear if Hart had shot the other victim or if Serich had shot himself.

Sister Jane Marie Kudlatz, principal at Cardinal Mooney High School, said the school already was scheduled to be closed today as a result of it winning the state football championship.
