URGENT: Hector Quinones opened fire at an apartment building on the Upper West Side of New York City and killed at least four people and wounded one other person. The bloody massacre claimed the lives of Carlos Rodriguez Jr., his father Carlos Rodriguez Sr., 52, and then repeatedly stabbed grandfather Fernando Gonzalez, 87, to death before the elder Rodriguez's wife and adult daughter unknowingly walked into the carnage in the apartment they all shared.
Police have reported that a "significant amount" of heroin and a smaller amount of cocaine inside the apartment, as well as a cash-stuffed lockbox that cops confiscated, Commissioner Ray Kelly said. Quinones is no stranger to the corrections system. He has 14 prior arrests for offenses that include manslaughter, assault, drugs and robbery. It is being reported that he knew Rodriguez Sr. from when they were in prison together. Well, we now know exactly what we are working with in this massacre.
Thankfully, as he tried to flee the scene, the dirtbag's low-slung pants fell to his ankles, tripping him and sending him falling three stories to his death.
