According to media reports, a U.S. Border Patrol agent shot and killed 14 year old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Huereca after a confrontation at an international bridge near downtown El Paso, Mexican authorities said Tuesday. The boy was allegedly throwing rocks at the officers, but the family begs to differ. They state he was visiting his brother who works in the area and was playing with friends. They are saying that stones to guns isn't fighting fair.
UPDATE#1: It seems that this teen is a known juvenile smuggler. According to Fox News, he was charged with alien smuggling in 2009. He is reportedly on a "most wanted" list of juvenile smugglers compiled by the U.S. authorities in El Paso area.
