URGENT: One Teen Dead, Four Wounded as Gunfire Erupted at Jazzy Poboys Restuarant & Bar in New Orleans

One teen is dead and four others wounded in a shooting shortly before midnight Saturday at Jazzy Poboys Restaurant & Bar, which is located at 1700 Port Street in New Orleans. There is no word on the suspect or suspects at this time. But here's my question -- why were the teens in a bar? One has to wonder if alcohol was involved and where were the parents? Police said a 16 year old girl is in critical condition, while the other three are in stable condition. The shooting occurred at a bar at 1700 Port Street. The 18-year-old teen was pronounced dead at the scene. According to NOLA.com, Officer Shereese Harper said investigators believe the victims were attending a teenage party inside of the bar when the gunman apparently opened fire and fled. Really, close to midnight?
