New York State Trooper Kevin Dobson Killed by Vehicle While Making Traffic Stop on I-290

Another law enforcement officer has been killed in the line of duty. According to Officer Down Memorial Page, New York State Trooper Kevin Dobson was struck and killed by a vehicle while making a traffic stop on I-290 in Erie County Saturday morning. He had been with the NY State Police for 14 years. Shameful.
