Two U.S. Marshals Shot, One Police Officer Wounded, Attempting to Arrest Carlos Boles in St. Louis Home

SHOCK: Two U.S. marshals and a St. Louis police officer were shot while trying to arrest Carlos Boles in the 3100 block of Osage Street shortly before 7 a.m., the St. Louis Post-Dispatch said. The conditions of the two marshals are unclear at this time. They were taken to a local hospital for medical attention. The police officer was grazed by a bullet. Boles was also shot and police now say they have a standoff or hostage situation at the home, the newspaper said. Boles pleaded guilty to multiple charges of burglary, armed criminal action and assault in December.
