Bodies of NJ couple, Evande Orna & Troy Edwards, missing for more than two weeks, found stuffed in trunk of Nissan Altima car on Brooklyn street.
SHOCK: The bodies of missing New Jersey couple, Evande Orna & boyfriend Troy Edwards were found stuffed in the trunk of a parked car on a Brooklyn street on Wednesday, police told the New York Daily News. Orna's mother last spoke with her more than two weeks ago before the couple left New Jersey to pick up a relative in Richmond, Va., the newspaper said.
A law enforcement source told the Richmond Times-Dispatch that police believe the pair made it to an apartment in Richmond, where "red stains in several locations" were found.
A relative of Edwards said his baby's mother spotted the silver 2011 Nissan Altima near Snyder St. with a parking ticket on the windshield dated Feb. 28. The car's license plate matched the plate of a car the couple was last seen driving. "[She] happened to be driving by and saw the car and called police," the relative said. Source
It's a heck of a coincidence that the Edwards' baby mother happened to spot the vehicle as she was driving by. I'm just saying..... I hope they find whoever murdered this couple. Richmond has changed drastically over the years. The city has a high crime rate, though the vast majority of the more serious crimes occur in and around the city's public housing projects, which are located mostly in the north-east, eastern and southside sections of the city.
