We are saddened to report another senseless murder of a law enforcement officer. According to Officer Down Memorial Page, Officer Jay Sheridan, with the Limon Limon, Co., Police Department, was shot and killed as he and other officers served a fugitive arrest warrant at approximately 6:10 pm. It is a sad day for law enforcement and we should all respect the people who serve so valiantly in law enforcement. They put their lives on the line every day they wear their uniform. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Sheridan's family.
