Deputy Marshal John Perry Shot & Killed Serving Warrant for Arrest of Carlos Boles in St. Louis

Another law enforcement officer has been killed by another criminal who had no business being out on the streets. Deputy Marshal John Perry, another marshal and a police officer were shot by suspect Carlos Boles, who was found dead in the home. Perry, who was fatally shot by Boles, has been with the U.S. Marshal Dept. for 10 years. Sad turn of events. Deputy Marshal Perry was 48.
