GA Youth Pastor Brian Richard Gray Charged with Rape & Molestation for Sexual Relationship with 15 YO Girl

Brian Richard Gray, Georgia youth minister, charged with rape and molestation for sexual relationship with 15 year old girl.

Oconee County, Ga., youth pastor Brian Richard Gray, has been charged with rape and child molestation for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old girl. Gray, who served at Monroe Church of Christ, allegedly engaged in this relationship from December until September, sheriff Scott Berry told the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Gray, of Winder, allegedly went to the teen's house when her parents were not at home. "The parents did not know," Berry told the AJC. The teen and her parents are members of the Monroe Church of Christ, where Gray served as the Minister of Youth, Berry said.

Medical personnel who learned of the relationship contacted DFACS, who contacted police, Berry said. Gray was arrested Tuesday morning at a relative's home in Alabama, where deputies believe he went after learning he was under investigation, Berry said. Gray is expected to be extradited back to Oconee County from Tallapoosa County in Alabama, Berry said. Source

It would be interesting to know if Mr. Gray has engaged in other similar relationships with minors. This is just sickening. Once again, another snake in the pulpit.
