The police have released the names of the victims in Scott Evans Dekraai's bloody shooting rampage at Salon Meritage in Seal Beach, Calif. The deceased include his ex-wife, Michelle Fournier, a stylist at the salon; salon owner Randy Fannin; Laura Webb, Michele Fast, Dave Caouette, who was killed as he sat in his Land Rover outside the salon; Victoria Buzzo, Lucia Kondas, 65, the oldest person killed; Christy Wilson and Hattie Stretz, 73, Webb's mother, is still hospitalized.
