Rasmussen Poll: 20% of Voters Strongly Approve of President Obama's Performance, 43% Strongly Disapprove

A Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll shows 20 percent of American voters strongly approve of the way President Barack Obama is performing. Forty-three percent strongly disapprove, giving him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -23. Another sobering statistic is that most voters favor a repeal of the health care law passed last year. That's because nobody understands exactly what it means for Main Street. The poll says 58 percent believe repeal of the legislation is likely.
