The shooting death of Keith Salgado, 17, in East Village, NYC, Sunday, is part of a bloody and violent weekend in the Big Apple that saw 17 people shot and three people stabbed. Salgado was shot near Avenue C and E. 12th Street about 1:50 a.m. Sunday morning. No arrests have been made in his death.
