Jean McIntosh, who is the fourth person arrested in the kidnapping of four mentally disabled people found in boiler room of Philadelphia home, is the the daughter of the ringleader in fraud case, Linda Ann Weston.
A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the Philadelphia "dungeon" case in which four mentally disabled people, including
Tamara Breeden and
Herbert Knowles, were found locked in a boiler room.
Jean McIntosh, 32, was charged with offenses including kidnapping, conspiracy, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, simple assault, burglary and trespass, the Philadelphia district attorney's office said. McIntosh is the daughter of the
Linda Ann Weston, the ringleader in the Social Security disability check fraud. The DA accused McIntosh of being "a co-conspirator in the kidnapping and imprisonment of the four individuals." All four --
Linda Ann Weston, Jean McIntosh, Eddie Wright and
Gregory Thomas Sr., deserve to be locked up for the rest of their lives, in similar accommodations, I might add.
