Detroit City Councilwoman JoAnn Watson says Colt 45 Malt Liquor billboard featuring cartoon likeness of Billy Dee Williams "an issue of racism and perversity."

Members of the Detroit City Council are up in arms about a Colt 45 billboard, featuring a cartoon likeness of Billy Dee Williams, boasting the malt liquor "works every time." According to MyFoxDetroit, Councilwoman JoAnn Watson says she's worried the are targeted specifically at Detroiters, calling it "an issue of racism and perversity." The would be black Detroiters.
