John Waldenville, off-duty Oklahoma City police major critically wounded after being attacked from behind by two men as he walked to bank, manhunt launched for two suspects.

The Oklahoma City police has launched a massive manhunt for two men accused of shooting and critically wounding off-duty Maj. John Waldenville, who is a 25-year veteran of the force. According to KOCO TV, Waldenville was working as a security guard at Cattlemen's Restaurant and walking to a nearby bank about midnight Friday when he was attacked from behind. He was shot in the head as soon as he turned around the television station says. Maj. Waldenville is fighting for his life.
