President Obama fumbled the toast to Queen Elizabeth at a banquet at Buckingham Palace and the Earth stopped, right? Of course I am being sarcastic. You will recall in 1992 during a formal dinner when former President George H. W. Bush reached over and threw up in the lap of Japanese Prime Minister Kiichi Miyazawa and then fainted. Er, his son, former President George W. Bush had to duck so he would not have been hit with shoes during a speech in Iraq, not to mention the countless times he has fumbled speeches both nationally and internationally.
