Johoan Rodriguez, a suspected
drunk driver, early Sunday morning as he investigated an accident on the city's North Loop. According to the
Houston Chronicle, Will died at the scene. He leaves behind a six month pregnant wife, two children ages six and 10. Rodriguez has been jailed and is facing charges of
intoxication manslaughter of a peace officer,
felony evading and
possession of a controlled substance. The newspaper said Will has served with the Houston Police Department since 2009. When will people learn that getting behind the wheel while you are inebriated is asking for trouble.
