Arlington Police Officer Shot To Death Responding to Domestic Violence Call

Arlington, TX, police officer shot and killed after responding to domestic violence call at apartment complex.

Another police officer has been killed in the line of duty. He was responding to a domestic disturbance call in the Arlington area. Two others were dead at the scene.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the officer, who was working alone, had been dispatched about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night to take a domestic violence report at the Arbrook Park Apartments in the 3800 block of Mahonia Way, near Interstate 20 and Collins Street.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of this fallen officer. How many more of our law enforcement agents will be killed by criminals? Who is protecting the police and state troopers across this country?
