Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Congress to Vote on Debt Ceiling Vote

Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords appeared in Congress as the debt ceiling vote took place -- a very symbolic move. You will recall she was shot in Tucson, AZ, in January by Jared Loughner.
