Congressional Black Caucus declares war on the Tea Party because it "wants to lynch blacks" but where does the issue of personal responsibility falls in this rhetoric?
The
Congressional Black Caucus has declared war against the
Tea Party because it wants to
lynch blacks and is calling for bank runs, civil unrest in their neighborhoods and homes. Um, what about personal responsibility of blacks? What's stopping black progress? Don't get me wrong, there are many blacks who were gainfully employed with professional skill-sets who lost their jobs due to the recession, but there are also many blacks who don't have transferable skills, therefore, they have lost jobs that aren't coming back. The key to what ails the
black community is education. For all those young men sitting on the corners or roaming the streets, you won't find your next career break in those places. You are one step closer to going to prison. To the
Congressional Black Caucus, why not try a complete paradigm shift in the black community, of the same ilk as
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and other civil rights leaders' vision. We have to learn to help ourselves and stop blaming whites and the government for things we can change.
