SHAME: Former NBA All Star Ralph Samson was arrested Tuesday evening in Gwinnett County, Ga., while a police officer performed a license plate check. It was discovered that the former Houston Rockets center's license plate was expired, his license suspended for failure to meet child support obligations, and also had an open warrant for failing to appear in court on a 2008 auto insurance violation.
