A Queems woman, Christina Coleman, was shot to death, while she and her son, Hassan Gil, 18, sat in her car Saturday evening. According to the NY Post, the shooting is seen as a revenge killing. They were targeted as they sat in the car in front of the Pomonok Houses in Queens. The son is in stable condition in a local hospital. The two gunman had allegedly had a dispute with her 23 year old son and were looking for him. This is proof that people need to do a better job raising their children. The thug life isn't the answer. Her relatives said she wanted to get her kids off the streets, well, this may have been the lesson they needed. It's a sad, sad situation but one that could have been avoided.
