Ismael Bangs & Yvens Luclaise Jailed After Holding 15 YO Teen Hostage at Knifepoint, Torturing & Gluing His Lips Shut

DISGRACE: Ismael Bangs, 19 and Yvens Luclaise, 25, who are both black, have been charged with kidnapping and are being held on $100,000 bond in Manchester, NH, after the two kidnapped and tortured a 15 year old boy, according to WMUR.com. These dirtbags allegedly glued the boy's mouth shut while filming the incident with an iPod. Police arrested the two after the teen was found naked under a bed at a housing project apartment Friday.
