President Obama Snapped Bowing to Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio at McDill Air Force Base

What is with it with President Obama bowing to other people? He was snapped on January 28, 2010, bowing to Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio at McDill Air Force Base. What gives?

This photograph was taken during his visit to Florida to announce a high-speed railway. Could someone please tell President Obama that this is just not cool! I know it can be considered a sign of respect, but the president bowing to a mayor? Give me a break. It's am embarrassment, if you ask me.
