Allen McNeil Jr. Accidentally Kills Son, 3, After Falling on Him as He Suffered a Heart Attack

SHOCK: Allen McNeil, Jr., and his three year old son, also named Allen McNeil, were found dead in their Englewood, NJ, home, after he fell on top of the toddler, smothering him to death after suffering a heart attack. Police do not believe there was any foul play involved and the results of the autopsies are pending. According to media reports, the elder McNeil was due to drop his son off for a scheduled visitation with his mother Sunday night and when she couldn't reach him by telephone or at his home, she contacted police, who later discovered the two dead.
