Suspect in the Bloody Massacre in Carson City NV Identified as Eduardo Sencion

The suspect in the Carson City massacre has been identified as Eduardo Sencion, also of Carson City.

The suspect who opened fire in a IHOP restaurant in Carson City, Nev., killing three National Guardsmen, has been identified as Eduardo Sencion, 32, of Carson City. Seven people were wounded in the attack at a strip mall near a casino and department store. The motive for the bloody massacre is unclear, but he shot every uniformed officer in the restaurant, the Las Vegas Sun reported. Sencion had no previous criminal record on file but his family said he may have had mental health issues.
