What is going on in Long Island, NY? According to CBS NY, four men were on a front porch in Huntington Station home around 11 p.m. Tuesday, when a man with a gun jumped over the fence and started shooting. One of the men shot and killed has been identified by the Suffolk County Police Department as Russell Peterman, 25, and the other three who were shot were taken to a local hospital for medical attention. The suspect is fled the scene and is still at large.
What is shocking is the fact that since May, there have been over a dozen shootings or stabbings, plus two murders in the troubled Long Island town.
