Texas judge temporarily lifts gag order so Steve Harvey & attorneys could prove ex-wife Mary told bare-face lies.

The hot mess between Steve Harvey and his ex-wife Mary, may be coming to an end. According to Bossip, a Texas judge temporarily lifted the gag order on the couple's 2005 divorce today to give Steve and his attorneys a chance to put a stop to the mess emanating from Mary.

According to a new gag and restraining order, Mary Harvey was left neither broke nor homeless after the divorce. She received $40,000/month from Steve from the time of their divorce until March 2009, at which point she got a lump sum payment of $1.5 million. That’s in addition to getting three houses in their divorce settlement.

As far as claiming that Steve turned their 13-year-old son against her, Judge Dry confirms that Steve was granted custody of the boy after Mary put him on a plane and sent him to his father without any notice. Furthermore, the Judge confirmed that Steve’s current wife Marjorie had absolutely nothing to do with his divorce from Mary. Source

So much for people taking her side. Don't get me wrong, I still don't think everything she said was a bold-faced lie but what has it gotten her? Legal bills to pay from money she claims she doesn't have. Stop being bitter girl, get yourself together and move on. You can salvage your relationship with your son. That's what she should be focusing on, not airing this mess in public.
