Philmore Reed Loses Property to Tax Foreclosure &kamp; Fatally Shoots Wrecker Driver Travis Fenty Sent to Remove Cars

Foreclosures have led some people to do some crazy things. Reed had known for two years that his property in Atlanta was sold in a tax sale, according to the AJC, but he decided to take matters into his own hands by refusing to leave. When the wrecker service came to the property to remove some cars, he went ballistic. He reportedly went upstairs the home and started firing, shooting Travis Fenty, 44, to death.
