URGENT: Philadelphia police have arrested Antonio Rodriguez, who is suspected of being a serial strangler. According to CNN, Rodriguez was arrested after DNA testing linked him to the sexual assaults and murders of at least three women in a central Philadelphia neighborhood, Detective Justin Frank said, according to CNN.
