Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez says U.S. caused earthquake in Haiti by testing "tectonic weapon" and that America is "playing God."

Venezuelan madman Hugo Chavez has entered the fray in offering a reason for why Haiti was hit with a massive earthquake. According to Press TV, he said the United States caused the destruction by testing a ‘tectonic weapon’ to induce the catastrophic earthquake that hit the country last week.

He further added that the US was “playing God” by testing devices capable of creating eco-type catastrophes, the Spanish newspaper ABC quoted him as saying.
