President Barack Obama Delivers Knock-Out Speech in Cairo
President Barack Hussein Obama gave a knock-out speech in Cairo this morning. I came away from the speech feeling proud of America and the fact that we can go to the Middle East, not as aggressors, like President George W. Bush has portrayed, but as a country seeking a new path forward. President Obama's speech reminded me of former President Ronald Reagan's speech to Mikhail Gorbachev, to "tear down this wall." Reagan realized that you didn't have to be friends with your enemies, but you needed to go to the table and talk.
