Anita Malachowski, North Canton Police Dispatcher, Reportedly Sends Racist Email of Air Force One with Tail Number N166ER

The vile racism continues among a small pocket of law enforcement workers across this country. In the city of North Canton, Ohio, racism seems to have reared its ugly head. OhioDaily reportedly received a copy of a racist email sent by a North Canton police dispatcher. This seems to be a growing trend across this country and though former President Bush was the butt of many jokes, they were never as racist as they have been for President Barack Obama.

What is troubling is that many of these law enforcement personnel will incorporate this bigotry in their interactions with the public, particularly with an African American or a Hispanic. In the message sent to an unknown number of recipients from a North Canton Police email address (amalachowski@northcantonpolice.org), Dispatcher Anita Malachowski forwards the message:
"New "Air Force One" Tail Number and yes, please forgive me, I'm really sorry, I really, really tried not to laugh, but .......................!"
Along with message, was is a Photoshopped image of Air Force One with the "N-number" or tail number spelled out as NI66ER. See the email message here.

This racist email is offensive coming from anyone, but it is unconscionable coming from someone connected to law enforcement. Dispatcher Malachowski should be held accountable for her actions. The North Canton Police Department provides an online form so you can leave them feedback. Let them know how you feel about this terrible act of racism and to think this woman, as well as Holli Webb (another person who is purportedly involved) are in such key positions to field calls for help from black residents or from minority neighborhoods. Such racist behavior should not be tolerated in any police department across this country.
