Emirates Airline Flight #204 Departing from JFK Called Back to the Gate, Passenger on the No-Fly List

BREAKING: Emirates Airline flight #204 departing from JFK International Airport has been called back to the gate because of a security concern, NBC NY said.

Sources tell NBC that Emirates flight 204 was ready to take off for Dubai when it was told to return to the gate.

Customs and Border Protection blocked the plane from taxi on the runway and there are reports that the flight was asked return because a passenger onboard is on the federal "no-fly" list.

The incident comes just days after the primary suspect in a failed attempt to detonate a bomb in Times Square attempted to leave the country on an Emirates flight. Faisal Shahzad's name was also on the federal no-fly list, and the the plane was called back to the gate just moments before it took off for Dubai.
It's better to be safe than sorry. As the details unfold, I hope the DHS did the right thing and won't have egg all over their face for targeting the wrong person.

UPDATE#1: DHS made an error. This was not an exact match. Er, they got egg all over their faces! Big Sis, what's up?
