Stanislav Mishin Writes in Pravda: "American Descent into Marxism Happening with Breathtaking Speed"

I came across an interesting article during my morning perusal of a ton of online newspapers and I was absolutely amazed at the hubris of Stanislav Mishin, a Russian blogger. His article appeared in Pravda and pokes fun at the so-called descent of the United States into Marxism at a rapid pace. He said "the proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker." I have to wonder how stable the Russian economy is at this time. According to BBC News, Russia's deputy economic Minister Andrei Klepach said the economy contracted sharply in April, shrinking by 10.5 percent from the same month a year ago. The data came as officials were quoted as saying Russia would have a budget deficit equivalent to nine percent of GDP in 2009, from an earlier 7.4 percent prediction. This man better than anyone else should understand the implications of the economic collapse Russia experienced, that played a great role in the break-up of the Soviet Union. Before Mikhail Gorbachev came to power, the Soviet Union's economy had already developed serious problems. They were building arms at a breathtaking speed, but were unable to feed their citizens. So, I advise Mr. Mishin not to be so smug and laugh at the economic issues confronting America, as though Russia was a virtual paradise.

Industrial output in Russian has slowed in the wake of the global economic slowdown and many investors have fled Russia in droves. Additionally, there are fears that poverty levels are rising, with, according to the BBC News, Russian churches reporting a rise in the number of people seeking free meals as a result of the global financial crisis. Even President Dmitry Medvedev gave downbeat comments on the country's economy and called for sharp cutbacks in government spending in a "shift to a regime of tough economising of budget funds." So, I find it rather hypocritical that Mr. Mishin could paint such an ugly picture of what is happening in America today without taking a look at his own country.
Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our "democracy." Pride blind the foolish.

Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America.

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more then ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them? I will concede one point he has made and that is the educational standard in America has fallen and it is a shame. We are lagging so many other countries that it is mind boggling that we have lost our competitive edge, educationally speaking, so quickly. Call America whatever you will, we are still set the tone for whatever happens globally. If our economy is in shambles, most countries across the globe are also in shambles. I cannot agree that President Barack Obama has made the situation worst. He inherited a country that was confronting serious economic problems that will most likely not be fixed in his first term in office.
