Al-Qaida Releases New Message, Calls Barack Obama "House Negro"

Al-Qaida is at it again. Well, their second idiot in command, Ayman al-Zawahri insulted Barack Obama in the terror group's first reaction to his election, calling him a derogatory racial term implying that the president-elect is a black American who does the bidding of whites. Apparently we are supposed to be scared. Please. The message appeared chiefly aimed at persuading Muslims and Arabs that Obama does not represent a change in U.S. policies. Al-Zawahri said that Obama is "the direct opposite of honorable black Americans" like Malcolm X, the 1960s African-American rights leader.

Al-Zawahri also called Obama—along with secretaries of state Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice—"house Negroes." Speaking in Arabic, al-Zawahri uses the term "abeed al-beit," which literally translates as "house slaves." But al-Qaida supplied English subtitles of his speech that included the translation as "house negroes."

The message also includes old footage of speeches by Malcolm X in which he explains the term, saying black slaves who worked in their white masters' house were more servile than those who worked in the fields. Paul Broun, Georgia GOP Rep. Says Barack Obama Will Establish Gestapo-Like Security Force To Impose Marxist Dictatorship

The socialist attacks on Barack Obama continues even after John McCain was trounced in Electoral College votes last week. Republican representative Paul Broun sayd that he fears that President-elect Obama will establish a Gestapo-like security force to impose a Marxist dictatorship.

"It may sound a bit crazy and off base, but the thing is, he's the one who proposed this national security force," Rep. Paul Broun said of Obama in an interview Monday with The Associated Press. "I'm just trying to bring attention to the fact that we may — may not, I hope not — but we may have a problem with that type of philosophy of radical socialism or Marxism."

What an idiot. Look at what President Bush has done. That's more of a Gestapo-style administration to me--wiretaps, secrecy in disclosing who the federal government loaned nearly $2 trillion to, invading Iraq on a lie, and I could go on and on.

Broun referenced a July speech by Obama that has circulated on the Internet in which the then-Democratic presidential candidate called for a civilian force to take some of the national security burden off the military.

"That's exactly what Hitler did in Nazi Germany and it's exactly what the Soviet Union did," Broun said. "When he's proposing to have a national security force that's answering to him, that is as strong as the U.S. military, he's showing me signs of being Marxist."

According to media reports, Obama's comments about a national security force came during a speech in Colorado in which he called for expanding the nation's foreign service.

"We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set," Obama said in July. "We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor said he was referring in the speech to a proposal for a civilian reserve corps that could handle postwar reconstruction efforts such as rebuilding infrastructure — an idea endorsed by the Bush administration.

Of course, with gun sales up in a number of states, Broun piggybacked off that too.
Obama has said he respects the Second Amendment right to bear arms and he favors common sense gun laws. Gun rights advocates interpret that as meaning he'll at least enact curbs on ownership of assault weapons and concealed weapons.

So, here we are again, back on the socialist issue. It seems to me that President Bush and his posse has led us down a dangerous path and we are experiencing eight years of Gestapo-style rule under Bush.

Barack Obama and President George W. Bush are set to meet this morning. It will be an awkward meeting at best. But I was surprised to learn from Fox News of all places that their first encounter was horrible.

Four years ago, Obama and the newly elected members of the Senate were invited to the White House for a breakfast meeting with Bush. He pulled Barack Obama aside to introduce to his wife. The two men shook hands and then, according to Barack Obama, Bush turned to an aide, "who squired a big dollop of hand sanitizer in the president's hand." The president then led Obama off to one side of the room, where Bush said: "I hope you don't mind me giving you a piece of advice.""Not at all, Mr. President," Obama told the commander-in-chie"You've got a bright future," Bush said presciently. "Very bright. But I've been in this town awhile and, let me tell you, it can be tough. When you get a lot of attention like you've been getting, people start gunnin' for ya. And it won't necessarily just be coming from my side, you understand. From yours, too. Everybody'll be waiting for you to slip, know what I mean? So watch yourself."

Bush then noted that he and Obama had something in common."We both had to debate Alan Keyes," the president said. "That guy's a piece of work, isn't he?" Obama laughed and even "put my arm around his shoulder as we talked," he recalled, although he added the gesture "might have made many of my friends, not to mention the Secret Service agents in the room, more than a little uneasy."

Despite this display of bonhomie, Obama said the president's demeanor turned downright frightening when he laid out his agenda to the freshly minted lawmakers."Suddenly it felt as if somebody in a back room had flipped a switch," Obama wrote. "The president's eyes became fixed; his voice took on the agitated, rapid tone of someone neither accustomed to nor welcoming interruption; his easy affability was replaced by an almost messianic certainty. As I watched my mostly Republican Senate colleagues hang on his every word, I was reminded of the dangerous isolation that power can bring, and appreciated the Founders' wisdom in designating a system to keep power in check."

Wow, that was deep. Considering that Barack Obama made President Bush foibles his major campaign platform, and rightly so, it will be an awkward meeting, at best. But, President Bush does deserve to squirm. We have been squirming for eight years.President George Bush will go down in history as one of the worst presidents in American history. He has outdone his father, to say the least. Too bad the Congress took impeachment off the table.

The difference between both men is stark. You see,Obama seems to have usurped Bush when it comes to commanding authority on the important issues of the day, according to the Christian Science Monitor:

Barack Obama speaks, and the world listens - more intently, at this point, than it does to the actual president of the United States. President-elect Obama can inspire and alarm, calm markets or add to jitters. And with the nation in economic crisis, he seems keenly aware of that... Yes, he has the most important tool of the presidency in his grip already--the bully pit. He has the power to inspire and reassure, which President Bush lost somewhere after September 11, 2001.

'Impeach Barack Obama' Groups Pop up on Facebook, Membership Brisk

Barack Obama has not even been sworn in yet as the 44th president of the United States, but groups are popping up online calling for his impeachment. Totally ridiculous!

The "Impeach Barack Obam" group on Facebook group has attracted more than 700 members. Another Facebook group of the same name has 160 members and urges others to join because "we might as well get a head start on the impeachment of Obama." It said that "there are a lot of Americans out there that do not fully understand the concept of Socialism or Communism which is why they've elected Obama as president."

There is yet another Facebook group, "Impeach Barack Hussein Obama." It states that Obama "has voiced support for various unconstitutional programs such as the assault weapons ban, universal healthcare, and various schemes for wealth distribution." It says "what are we going to do about it? IMPEACH HIM!"

Though Barack Obama has some way to go, however, to equal the number of "Impeach George Bush" groups on Facebook, which lists at least 95 such groups with varying membership, nonetheless this is ridiculous. The guy isn't even in office yet.
