Right Wing Evangelical Bryan Fischer Calls for Criminalizing Fornication & Homosexuality, Wouldn't Church Pews be Empty?

Right wing evangelical Bryan Fischer calls for outlawing fornication and homosexuality.

Right wing evangelical wingnut Bryan Fischer says "fornication" and homosexuality should be deemed illegal and criminalized. Um, that would mean the pews of many churches that hold similar views as his would be empty.
These are behaviors that can be made illegal, and should be made illegal: those who strike their fathers and mothers, for murderers, the sexually immoral - that means it's perfectly appropriate to have laws against what the law calls fornication, absolutely appropriate to make that illegal; men who practice homosexuality, perfectly permissible - in fact, we're directed, we're told in the Scriptures that it's a good idea, this is the purpose of the law, it's for the lawless and disobedient to engage in homosexuality - it's perfectly appropriate for that kind of behavior to be against the law. Let's see, where do we find the largest number of fornicators? In church. Let's not forget the gay sex crimes committed by some priests and pastors alike against children. This is further proof of why it is imperative that we don't elect a president who shares the views of these lunatics.

Rick Perry Picks Anti-Gay, Anti-Muslim Right Wing Evangelicals, John Stemberger & Pam Olsen, for Florida Leadership Team

GOP presidential hopeful TX Gov. Rick Perry picks two right wing evangelical wingnuts, John Stemberger & Pam Olsen, who said "gays cause tornadoes and other natural disasters.

This is too much for me to even write. Here's an excerpt from Right Wing Watch:
Rick Perry named two Religious Right leaders to his Florida Presidency 5 campaign leadership team: John Stemberger and Pam Olsen. While Stemberger’s anti-choice, anti-gay and anti-Muslim activism is well known, Olsen is a far more obscure figure, but no less extreme. Olsen has said that same-sex marriage will lead to God’s judgment, preached Seven Mountains dominionism, and even claims that she, as a prophet, will have the power to raise the dead in the End Times.

Olsen heads the Tallahassee branch of the International House of Prayer, whose members helped organize and preached at Perry’s The Response prayer rally in August. The Response emcee Mike Bickle, who once claimed that Oprah is the harbinger of the Antichrist and that gay marriage is “rooted in the depths of hell,” is the founder and director of IHOP. As reported by Sarah Posner, Olsen was inspired to found IHOP Tallahassee after extremist self-proclaimed prophet Cindy Jacobs prophesied over her.

In July, Olsen warned that God’s increasingly severe judgments will come on the church and America for legalizing same-sex marriage in the form of natural disasters.
So, do you still want to see Gov. Rick Perry as the next president of the United States? If so, are you nuts? You know they say people know you by the friends you keep. That says a lot about Rick Perry. He's a right wing evangelical wingnut too.
