Pat Buchanan Says "Todd Palin Ought to Take Levi Johnston Down to the Creek and Hold his Head Underwater until the Thrashing Stops"

I am neither a fan of MSNBC contributor Pat Buchanan nor Levi Johnston, but Mr. Buchanan clearly crossed the line with his comments during his appearance on "Morning Joe" earlier today. He said "Todd Palin ought to take Levi down to the creek and hold his head underwater until the thrashing stops." Isn't this the same guy who hammered David Letterman for his comments about Sarah Palin and her daughter? Isn't this the same man who is staunchly pro-life?

Buchanan is a strong supporter of Sarah Palin and was upset with Levi Johnston's recent criticism of Sarah Palin, including his appearance on the "Today Show" this morning in which he said Palin, in part, resigned the governorship of Alaska in order to make more money. Buchanan advice to the Palins on how to deal with ad some harsh advice for the Palin family on how to deal with Levi:

Well, first, with regard to Levi, I think First Dude up there in Alaska, Todd Palin, ought to take Levi down to the creek and hold his head underwater until the thrashing stops.

The whole "Morning Joe" gang, including Mika Brzezinski, laughed pretty at Buchanan's joke, while Mark Halprin added, "That's a reality show, right there." It is amazing that Pat Buchanan continues to appear on MSNBC despite his racist stance on many issues. He owes Levi Johnston an apology. Just as he demanded of David Letterman to Sarah Palin. It seems that the mainstream media is playing the role of a bottom feeder in its inexplicable fascination with Levi Johnston. He hasn't accomplished one thing positive in his life, except perhaps his child, and he's suddenly making media rounds. What gives?

Diana Palin, Gov. Sarah Palin's Sister-in-law, Arrested For Breaking into Home, Faces Two Felonies

We literally dodged a bullet when John McCain and Sarah "Hicktown Barbie" were trounced in the presidential elections last Fall.

Police say Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's sister-in-law is accused of breaking into the same home twice to steal money. The Palin clan just can't seem to stay out of the news. Well, you may have heard that Diana Palin, Todd Palin's half-sister, was arrested on Thursday after she was confronted by the homeowner after she allegedly broke into his home. She faces two counts of felony burglary and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and theft.

Deputy Wasilla Police Chief Greg Wood said tire tracks and shoe prints tied Palin to another break-in Tuesday in which $400 was taken. Police have not tied Palin to another burglary at the home last week. What's shameful is that she took her four-year old daughter with her and the child ratted her out. She doesn't look like a 35-year old. She looks much older. Maybe that's compliments of meth or some other drug.

All I can say is, between Levi Johnston and the Palin clan's actions, we have indeed dodged a bullet. Picture Sarah Palin schmoozing with foreign leaders and this story broke? The governor isn't responsible for what this woman did, but it couldn't come at a worst time for her as she tries to position herself as the voice of the Republican Party.

More Trouble for Sarah Palin as Sherry L. Johnston, Mother of Bristol Palin's Boyfriend Levi Johnston, Arrested in Undercover Drug Investigation

Developing......

Palmer court records listed Johnston's scheduled court date and a troopers spokeswoman said in a release late Friday afternoon that the charges "are in relation to the drug oxycontin." This is a pipin' hot mess.....

Well drama follows Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin no matter where she is. Apparently Sherry L. Johnston, the mother of Levi Johnston, the father of Bristol Palin's soon-to-be-born baby, was arrested Thursday at her home by Alaska State Troopers with a search warrant in an undercover drug investigation. Sherry L. Johnston, 42, was charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance. Well, the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree.
Troopers served the warrant at Johnston's home at the "conclusion of an undercover narcotics investigation," said a statement issued Thursday by the troopers as part of the normal daily summary of activity around the state.

According to the governor's father, Chuck Heath, Bristol Palin, 18, is due on Saturday. Well, this isn't the news Gov. Palin would want about her daughter's baby father. If this girl isn't smart, this young man will drag her down in the mud.
