Troy Dale West Arrested and Charged with Battery for Beating African American Woman Tasha Hill, May be a Hate Crime

The FBI has launched an investigation in the beating of Tasha Hill, an African American woman, in Morrow, Ga., by a white man, Troy Dale West, of Poulan, Ga., after he attacked her after she asked him to be "be careful" at a Cracker Barrel restaurant. This incident occurred on September 9th at 7:30 p.m. This dirtbag thought he could get away with assaulting this woman for no reason, but he was wrong. We are heading down a slippery slope in America where racial relations are concerned. There are too many racial hostilities rearing their ugly heads. I could think of some choice words to describe this man, but I will leave that up to court system and the FBI.

Police said an investigation revealed that the Ms. Hill, was entering the Cracker Barrel with her 7-year-old daughter as West was leaving the restaurant. As West was leaving, the exit door came close to striking the 7-year-old daughter of the victim, police said. Thank God there were witnesses who said Hill politely asked West to be careful, officials said.

"The man slung open the door pretty hard and fast and I had to push my daughter out of the way. I turned to the man and I just said, 'Excuse me sir, you need to watch yourself you almost hit my daughter in the face.' And from there it just went downhill," said Hill.

At that point, West became enraged and began to beat the victim in front of her 7-year-old daughter, according to police. Hill said she told West she was an Army service member and she did not want any trouble. West threw her to the ground and hit her in the head with his fists and feet, police said. During the exchange, witnesses said West could be heard screaming racial slurs at the victim."Then he punched me in my face," said Hill. "And I fell to the ground and he proceeded to punch in my head and face." Source: WSBTV

What is amazing is that Rush Limbaugh has accused President Barack Obama of fanning the flames of racism in the beating of a white kid in Belleville, MO., but he is mysteriously silent on this obvious hate crime inflicted by a white man on a black woman.

This case has been referred to the FBI Civil Rights Division for a possible violation of Federal Hate Crime Laws. The dirtbag, West, bonded out of jail after being arrested and charged with battery, disorderly conduct, and cruelty to children in the first degree. West has bonded out of jail. It takes a real low-life to beat a woman.

SHOCK: Akron Police Investigate Black Teen Mob Alleged Attack on Marty Marshall, His Family and Two Friends

SHOCK: Marty Marshall, his wife and two kids think they were victims of a hate crime, but the cops aren't confirming that at this time. According to the Akron Beacon Journal, the Marshalls and two friends were gathered outside a friend's home in South Akron. They said they were accosted by dozens of teenage boys who shouted ''This is our world'' and ''This is a black world'' as they confronted Marshall and his family. The Marshalls, who are white, said the crowd of teens were black. ''This was almost like being a terrorist act,'' Marshall said in an interview with the newspaper. ''And we allow this to go on in our neighborhoods?''

They said it started when one teen, without any words or warning, blindsided and assaulted Marshall's friend as he stood outside with the others. When Marshall, 39, jumped in, he found himself being attacked by the growing group of teens. His daughter, Rachel, 15, who weighs about 90 pounds, tried to come to his rescue. The teens pushed her to the ground. His wife, Yvonne, pushed their son, Donald, 14, into bushes to keep him protected.

"My thing is,'' Marshall said, ''I didn't want this, but I was in fear for my wife, my kids and my friends. I felt I had to stay out there to protect them, because those guys were just jumping, swinging fists and everything. ''I'm lucky. They didn't break my ribs or bruise my ribs. I thank God, they concentrated on my thick head because I do have one. They were trying to take my head off my spine, basically.''

After several minutes of punches and kicks, the attack ended and the group ran off. The Marshalls' two adult male friends were not seriously hurt. ''I don't think I thought at that moment when I tried to jump in,'' Rachel Marshall said. ''But when I was laying on the ground, I was just scared.'' Marshall was the most seriously injured. He suffered a concussion and multiple bruises to his head and eye. He said he spent five nights in the critical care unit at Akron General Medical Center.

Akron police are investigating. Right now, the case is not being classified as a racial hate crime. There were no other reports of victims assaulted by the group that night. The department's gang unit is involved in the investigation, police said.''We don't know if it's a known gang, or just a group of kids,'' police Lt. Rick Edwards said. Source: Akron Beacon Journal

Here's my question -- did any neighbors call the police while this fighting was taking place? From the account of Mr. Marshall, it would seem that the scuffle went on for a little while. No-one deserves to have their civil rights violated, no matter by whom, and I hope the police will find all the kids involved. It seems that the police investigation is progressing slowly, since no other people were attacked that night. If these kids were screaming that "it's a black world," then that's just plain ignorant and wrong. I hope they are caught and charged for what they did to these people.

Bay Buchanan: After Assaulting Black Woman, Calling Her 'Nigger,' Employee Marcus Epstein Was 'Lynched' by the Left Wing

Bay Buchanan, sister of conservative Pat Buchanan, has proven that she is just as racist as her brother. Marcus Epstein, an employee at The American Cause, an organization founded by her brother which she chairs, was accused of assaulting a black woman in Georgetown and calling her a nigger, as he landed a karate blow to her head. So, now Bay Buchanan is livid that the blog "One People's Project" and others have picked up the story to show her hypocrisy at coddling a racist. So now she has said that this young man is the victim of "a modern day lynching by a faceless, angry, ignorant mob who reveled in the collective assault on their victim." Really Ms. Buchanan? So it's okay for you to consort with known racists? Oh, how could I forget, you and your brother fall in the same category. She also added in an article written in conservative magazine Human Events, that "they had wounded an adversary and drawn blood -- without pausing to ask how so talented a young man could have found himself in such a mess." The bottom line is that she knew of the assault and did nothing but coddle this young man.

Here’s what went down as excerpted from One People's Project: On July 7, 2007 Epstein was drunk off his ass in the Georgetown section of Washington, DC muttering to himself, when he encountered an African American woman on the street, called her the n-word, and struck her on the head before the woman’s husband grabbed him. He broke from him and fled, only to be caught again and arrested by a Secret Service agent.

I must also add that Marcus Epstein also employed by Tom Tancredo, first as a speechwriter and currently as the executive director of his political action committee, Team America. This is coming from the same person, Tancredo that is, who had the nerve to call Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor a racist, by saying that she was a member of the "Latino KKK."

I am all for second chances, but Bay Buchanan has been so critical of the Obama Administration and even when the fallout from Rev. Jeremiah Wright ensued, she vehemently called for Barack Obama to be castigated for his association with this man. She's a hypocrite, just like her brother. Imagine if this young man was a top aide for Rev. Al Sharpton or even President Obama and was engaging in racist behavior towards whites? Bay and Pat Buchanan would be on television screaming for that person to be fired.
